The mental make up of each of our handpicked staff , has been tuned to appreciate that the quality of husbandry service rendered , is very critical to a successful operation.They understand & appreciate the fact that ,"the cargo" on board Cruise ships have a mind of their own .They are demanding , picky and in fact have an agenda which may not necessarily be in sync with what is considered normal Husbandry service levels ..

Starting initially with the handling of "way port callers", we graduated to "Turnaround calls" at Dubai .Since 2006 December, we were an integral part of the FIRST ever HOMEPORTING calls in this region ... Using Dubai as a HUB, two of Europe's premiere Cruise Brands -AIDA Cruises & Costa Crociere , inaugurated this concept with two ships - AIDAcara & COSTA CLASSICA ...

It was a sharp learning curve, not just for us as Port agents, but all related local authorities...That the HUB concept took hold and has grown can be appreciated from the fact, that from a two ship operation which was lasted for 10 weeks in 2006/07 season, in 2008/09 season this grew to a three ship operation starting from December 07 and extending till end April 08..

In confirming our position as the best of the rest, commencing Dec, 06 we are proud to be a part of the birth of the HUB concept with the home port as Dubai on a scale never done before by two of Europe's premier Cruise Brands.

By the 3rd season (Dec 08 to April 09), bigger and newer ships were based here... The passenger turnover rose by 65 %... from a initial passenger turnover of 63,119 in 06/07 season it crossed 1, 73,234 on 08/09..In 09/10 we hope to see this number cross 2,29,900 ONLY FOR AIDA & COSTA .... .

For the 2009/2010 season, Costa has arranged to send their brand new Costa Luminosa in Dec 09 and in 2010 they will arrange for the christening ceremony of Costa Deliziosa in February 2010 at Dubai...

In addition RHS cruise division is now within its regional framework handling , Princess Cruises , Crystal Cruises , Fred Olsen , SILVERSEAS , SEABOURNE , RESIDENCE OF SEAS , CRUISE WEST promoting not just Dubai but the region.

RHS is today in the forefront of the Cruise agency business setting standards in service and performance .
